Workshop on building a positive health and safety culture - with consultancy EY
Culture is the key to lifting health and safety performance, and we often say that culture starts at the top.
While it’s true that executive leadership is critical to fostering the right culture, increasing evidence and experience shows that culture is built from the bottom up.
In order to build the right culture, it’s crucial that the front line experience is understood, and valued. To understand and value that experience requires building trust.
Come along to this interactive session to discuss and explore the future of safety.
