This complimentary workshop will be led by Professor Drew Dawson, a world-leading expert on fatigue, who has helped organisations around the world manage this risk. It will build on themes Prof Dawson will explore at the Forum’s CEO Summit on May 30th.
The workshop will explore leadership strategies senior executives can use to build awareness and understanding of health risks within their businesses. It will look at the leadership team's role in controlling these risks, and monitoring that these controls are working effectively.
This workshop is only open to Forum executives who have completed our Executive Leadership Programme. Numbers are limited to ensure this small group event will be a highly valuable experience for attendees. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
