The health and safety leads of Forum organisations are invited to this workshop where we will discuss ideas for lead indicators we could potentially all adopt in our reporting.
The workshop will include a short presentation on current thinking in New Zealand and internationally on lead indicators that support good oversight of health and safety by CEOs and directors.
We will share ideas on what our organisations are currently doing – in particular, what information is already being collected that we could make more use of.
Then we will discuss whether it’s possible to identify some forward-looking indicators that members could consider using in their reporting, and that the Forum could use in its benchmarking.
This workshop is an opportunity for us to come together as senior executives with health and safety expertise to discuss how we can improve the information our leaders use for decision-making.
