Managing critical risks and launch of new CEO Risk Guide

CEO guide to risk management

Understanding and managing critical risks is one of the key ways to keep your people safe, meet your due diligence duties and build a resilient business.

The Business Leaders’ Health and Safety Forum and the Institute of Directors (IoD) are pleased to host a series of free events for their members during March and April focusing on this issue.

We’re delighted to have WorkSafe New Zealand’s Chief Executive Nicole Rosie join us as a key speaker, as well as a Forum member in each region who will discuss their approach to managing critical risks.

The Forum will also be releasing its new CEO Risk Guide to Managing Health and Safety at each event. This is a fantastic resource for CEOs, leaders and directors to help them demonstrate leadership on health and safety risk management.
