World-class Chief Executive safety leadership tool

This online tool enables Chief Executives and Managing Directors to assess themselves against eight key characteristics of a world-class safety leader.

The Forum commissioned the tool because previously there was nothing available, in New Zealand or overseas, that enabled CEOs or MDs to benchmark their performance on safety leadership.

The tool was developed by two New Zealand psychologists specialising in workplace health and safety, Dr Hillary Bennett and Dr Philip Voss.
