The Forum has produced a guide for CEOs on Monitoring What Matters in health and safety.

The guide provides helps CEOs identify what they should be monitoring and offers examples of indicators they can use to do that.

It is joint initiative with WorkSafe, and is based on research and input from Forum businesses.

The guide is intended to be used to support discussions between CEOs, their directors, executives and health and safety practitioners.

It should help CEOs keep their people safe, and help them comply with their due diligence duties under the Health and Safety at Work Act.
