Obligation creates opportunity with Leading Safety

Regional CEO sessions February/March 2019

Our next round of regional Connect with Purpose CEO sessions is a development opportunity on due diligence in health and safety.

Led by Dr Philip Voss from Leading Safety, who runs the Forum’s Executive Leadership Programme, these two-hour tailored workshop for Forum CEOs will explore key leadership mindsets and practices, and offer practical tips for stepping into your organisation, understanding how work is done, and facilitating improvements – in health and safety and more widely.

Due diligence is both an officer duty under the Health and Safety at Work Act and a crucial way that leaders support improved health and safety outcomes. But how do you make the most of this window into your organisation? This session will help you discharge your obligation and take full advantage of the opportunity to understand how your health and safety systems and processes are coming together for your people. There will be an opportunity to share experiences with, and learn from, your peers working in your regions.
